Cable Fund Access Board Grant Application

The 2011 Cable Fund grant application is now available for download.  It is in .DOC format.  The grant application should be completed and submitted via email to CFABGrant@cityoffortwayne.org.  Grants are due by October 14, 2011.

The Cable Fund Access Board meeting to discuss these grants is scheduled for Wednesday, October 26, 2011 at 5:30 pm in the Omni Room of the Citizens Square building.  Recipients must be in attendance to present their grant request.   This is a public meeting, and citizens are welcome to speak.
