HERITAGE FOOD SERVICE TO EXPAND IN FORT WAYNE / Commercial kitchen equipment distributor will add 150 jobs...(February 24, 2010)  Heritage Food Service Equipment has announced that it will expand its Fort Wayne facility located at 5130 Executive Boulevard.  The company will invest $1.5 million and add 150 new positions.  Heritage Food Service currently has 203 workers at its Fort Wayne location.   The project is scheduled for completion in 2013.  For more information, click HERITAGE.

120 JOBS COMING TO EDY'S / Will help turn out Nestle Drumsticks...(Jan. 26, 2010) Edy's Ice Cream in Fort Wayne is in the process of adding 120 jobs, an offical at the plant confirmed Monday. ...Edy's said it was in the final pahses of a $29.5 million expansion at the Fort Wayne plan to accommodate a production line to make Nestle Drumsticks.  More at EDYs.
