Summit Industrial Park Redevelopment

BACKGROUND

• Summit Industrial Park II, a Class-A business/industrial park, was completed and dedicated in June 2001.

DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY
Summit Industrial Park II consists of approximately 113 acres, 85 of which are developable, in the northwest area of the City of Fort Wayne.  A 3 acre tract was sold to Ludwig Investments LLC in August 2001 that is used as an office / warehouse / fabrication facility by the Trane Company for HVAC equipment design and warehousing. Additionally Ceruti's Catering operates a banquet ,events ,and catering facility on Ludwig Road. Wayne Pipe & Supply completed an industrial / warehouse project on Washington Center Road in May 2010.  The Park is bounded by Washington Center Road on the south and Ludwig Road on the north.  An American Electric Power utility easement constitutes the eastern boundary.
