The City of Fort Wayne is preparing a Downtown Design Manual which will apply to new development and exterior renovation projects in the Downtown.

The Final draft of the proposed Downtown Design Manual is complete.  This final draft reflects comments from the Open House and additional review by the Design Standards Review Group.
