  • Your company may need to enroll in E-Verify! As of June 30, 2011, SEA 590 requires an organization seeking a grant of more than $1,000 from the State of Indiana or political subdivision (City of Fort Wayne is one of these) to enroll in the e-Verify system operated by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (U.S. Department of Homeland Security). Indiana’s new law also applies to contracts awarded by the State as well as other employment-related aspects. For more information, please check out this FAQ.
