Parking is free at Swinney Tennis Courts Parking lot. "Tea in Victorian style" will be served by costumed Settler ladies. Guests will be seated at tables of four set with linens and tea cups, savories, and sweets. Each guest will receive a lovely "facinator hat" to wear.
