The following is a list of Emerging Business Enterprise owners and Minority Business Enterprise owners who have indicated their interest in participating as subcontractors on City of Fort Wayne contracts.  All have been certified by the City's Contract Compliance Office.  Please be advised that their certification as EBE's and MBE's does not guarantee their ability to perform the type of work indicated. Rather it indicates that they have met the criteria required for certification.

The City has established a 10% participation goal for emerging-business participation whenever the project is funded with other than federal monies.  The Federal government has established a 10% participation goal for minority-owned business participation whenever the project is funded with federal monies.  The bidder is required to solicit the interests, capabilities and prices from these Emerging Businesses or Minority Businesses to satisfy the City and Federal participation requirement.

Please Note:  Only those companies shown here as minority/women owned will be counted towards the bidder's 10% MBE federal participation goal.

Note:   The businesses shown on the following pages no longer qualify as EBE's.  Please be advised that your company will not receive credit towards meeting the City's 10% EBE goal if you choose to use any of these businesses on non-federally funded projects. However, you may use them to meet your 10% MBE/WBE goal on federally funded projects only.
