Dear Pet Adopter,

The City of Fort Wayne Animal Care and Control Adoption Center thanks you for adopting a homeless pet.  We hope that your new companion has fit perfectly into your family and is free of any health or behavioral problems.  If you and your new pet are experiencing difficulties, please call our Adoption Office at (260) 427-5502.  We may have some helpful suggestions to improve the situation.  We also hope that you will encourage your friends and family to visit our facility and perhaps adopt a pet.

Please take a moment to fill out and mail this AdoptionEvaluation.pdf of our services.  Tell us what we are doing well and also where we need to work a little harder.  By doing so, you will be giving us the tools to improve our service to the public as well as our animal care and adoption programs.
