Customer Relations Center
The City Utilities Customer Relations Center is located on the second floor of the City County Building in Room 270 at One Main Street in downtown Fort Wayne. The Customer Relations Center is fully accessible for persons with disabilities. English, Spanish-speaking and Serbo-Croation/Bosnian speaking customer service representatives are available. City Utilities bills are also available in Braille or in large print by calling the Customer Relations Center at (260) 427-1234.

The Customer Relations Center and Call-in hours at (260) 427-1234 are (effective January 3, 2006):
· Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m.
The wait time to reach a Customer Relations Representative may be shorter during off-peak times. For quicker service, please call between 7:30 and 8:00 A.M. or after 5:00 P.M. Also, Mondays, especially Mondays after long holiday weekends are extremely busy. If possible, please call later in the week for faster services.

New Service
In order to begin new water service with Fort Wayne City Utilities, customers must call the Customer Relations Center at (260) 427-1234 to get the service set up, or sign up online. Appointments to turn on the water are completed on the following business day.
