Express Pay
is the most convenient way to pay your bill.

Express Pay is easy!

All you do is authorize your financial institution to pay your City Utilities bill for you each month.  The amount of the bill is deducted from your bank account and credited to your City Utilities account.  You will still receive a copy of your bill. It will show the due date, which is the date the transfer will be made.

That’s all you have to do.  No more worrying about writing a check or showing up somewhere in person to pay your bill.  Express Pay makes paying your City Utilities bill a little easier, and it saves time.

         Q. What if I have a question about my bill?

A. Contact City Utilities.  Using Express Pay does not limit your right to question or dispute your bill.

Q. What if there’s not enough money in my account to cover the bill?

A. Your bank will notify City Utilities in writing and it will be handled like any insufficient fund check.

Q. What if I move?

A. You must still contact City Utilities and finalize your account.  Your final bill will be paid by Express Pay, unless you notify us in writing otherwise.  If you begin service at a new address, you need to sign up for Express Pay as the information does not transfer.

Q. What if I decide to get out of the plan?

A. You may cancel Express Pay at any time by notifying City Utilities in writing.

Q. How long does it take to activate my Express Pay application?

A. Approximately 10 days.  A current balance of zero on your bill will assure you that your Express Pay application has been received and processed.

Express Pay is a service of City Utilities that will help save you time.
