Welcome to the Purchasing Department of
the City of Fort Wayne!
The mission of the Purchasing Department
is to provide a centralized resource for all City departments in the
procurement of goods, materials, and services. It is our goal to
achieve maximum savings with the highest quality for these purchases,
adhering to all State codes and local ordinances, as well as accepted
purchasing practices.
The staff of the Purchasing Department is
dedicated to achieving this goal, with a strong commitment to
outstanding customer service. On-going training, education, and
teamwork enable the staff to keep abreast of the City's purchasing
needs.
