Dog First Aid Class at Animal Care & Control

Instructor: Beth Tropp, Registered Veterinary Technician

$55.00 class fee
includes First Aid manual, DVD, Class
Completion Card and Continental Breakfast.

Dogs are more than pets—they’re family. And just like any other member of the family, dogs deserve to be cared for and protected. Join the American Red Cross and Animal Care & Control to learn critical first aid to keep your dog healthy and safe.  

Participants receive a dog first aid manual with DVD (cat manuals are available for an additional fee) to build first aid skills and provides guidance in emergency situations until veterinary care is available.

Class size is limited, so don't delay. Questions? Call 260-427-5508.

Urgent care situations, including wounds, electrical shock, eye,

paw, and ear injuries

Administering medications

Managing breathing or cardiac emergencies

Preparing for disasters

Symptoms and care for common ailments and emergencies

Creating a pet first aid kit
