Net Literacy Back to School Computer Drive
Community Leaders:
We need your help. The City of Fort Wayne is working to increase computer access and Internet literacy to underserved youth, families and senior citizens in our community. Please join us in this effort by donating your gently used computer (Pentium II or newer) during the Back to School Computer Drive, August 21st-24th at Anthis Career Center, 1200 S. Barr Street. Medicare Website Training
The Medicare Internet iTeam comprised of Elmhurst's student government and National Honor Society will train seniors on how to use the Medicare website to research prescription drug plans. |

Virtual Medicine iTeam/Matthew 25 Open House
Matthew 25 will host an Open House from 5:30 p.m. -6:00 p.m. to demonstrate the new virtual medicine camera technology. Health professionals and the Virtual Medicine Eye iTeam are working to provide real-time diagnosis for diabetic patients with possible retinal problems. |

Business Computer Drive Concludes
On February 15, 2006 the Net Literacy business computer drive will conclude. The City of Fort Wayne and Net Literacy iTeam would like to thank each of the organizations who donated computers. |

Net Literacy Student Kickoff
January 30 saw the student kickoff of the Net Literacy iTeam. Nine FWCS students received training at the Fort Wayne Urban League's Hanna / Creighton Street facility on connecting Seniors to the internet. |
