As the City of Fort Wayne continues its annexation efforts of regional unincorporated areas, the fleet has grown by approximately 30% in the past 10 years. Through implementing cost saving measures and responsive environmental programs responsibility and recognition, we are proud to announce some of our largest departmental accomplishments during the past 5 years. |
Even with a growing fleet, we are all still committed to the "big three:" getting it right the first time, getting it done quickly and completing the work at a fair price. Below is a look at some of Fleet Management's Current Projects and Future Goals:
