 MISSION

To provide City of Fort Wayne employees with appropriate transportation in the most economic, environmentally friendly and effective manner by following procedures developed to match each department's specific job function and utilization to the appropriate equipment specifications.

 WHAT WE DO

This department administers the contract for the maintenance of most of the City's fleet of vehicles and equipment. The Fleet Director also develops policies for the use of city vehicles and helps departments develop vehicle replacement programs. Our purpose is to deliver premium level services at a good value to the City while ensuring the highest quality of life possible for all who live and/or work in the city.
