Helpful Tips for Setting Out Your Trash
With the increased number of new televisions being purchased, residents are encouraged to recycle their old set through Allen County Solid Waste Management District's Electronics Recycling Program or by donating TV's (that are still operational) to charitable organizations. For information on the Electronics recycling program or a list of charitable organizations, please visit the Solid Waste Management District's site at www.acwastewatcher.org.
Yard Waste can either be taken to the Biosolids, Lime and Yard Waste Recycling Facility on Lake Avenue, the National Serv-all compost site on Macbeth Rd., or be placed directly into your garbage cart (except for leaves), which will be taken to the landfill. Leaves are banned from the landfill and must be set out during the Fall Leaf Collection Program and taken to a compost facility.
Our garbage and recycling services are performed by National Servall. For more information on their company, please visit:http://www.servall.com
