Area police departments and volunteer agencies are hosting their annual
 
Unwanted Medication Collection Day

Unwanted prescription medications -- in their original bottles or packages -- may be dropped off at these participating Walgreens' drug stores:

Allen County TRIAD, volunteer organizations and the Allen County Solid Waste Management District have organized a year-round medication collection program.  Only pills are accepted at these sites.  Collection boxes are located in the lobby of the following police agencies and unwanted pills may be dropped off during the hours shown:
