Frequently Asked Questions



You may now call (260) 427-1234 and press #1 to get your account balance.  You will need your customer number and your account number.

You may also find your balance at the City Utilities payment website at  The first time you use the website after June 22, 2015 you will need to register as a user by clicking the "Registration" tab in the top right-hand corner of the page.  When you register, you will select a personal user name and password that you will use every time you visit the payment webpage.  After you register, you may view your account(s) and see your current balance.

You may use the payment webpage to make a one-time payment using an echeck, debit card or credit card, or you may enroll in AutoPay to have your monthly bill paid from your checking or savings account or by using your debit or credit card.  You may also enroll in paperless ebilling through the website.
