Street and Alley Vacations Requests

Per state law, street and alley vacations are accepted and paid for in the office of the City Clerk. After the paperwork is finished in the City Clerk's office, copies are forwarded to the Department of Planning Services, 200 E. Berry St., Suite 150.

Fees as set by the Commission are as follows:

-           $300 fee for plat vacation

-           $200 fee for platted easement or alley right of way vacation

-           $300 fee for right of way vacation

Please make checks payable to the Office of the City Clerk.
