Solve clues, perform challenges and tour the city as you compete for prizes. Teams of four must include one person age 50+ and one child between the ages of 8 and 15. The other two team members may be any age over 8 years. Each team is responsible for its own transportation which may include several treks across the city. Special prize packages will be awarded to the top 3 teams overall and to the winners of each individual challenge at the victory party following the race. All participants will receive an official Amazing Race t-shirt which must be worn during the event. Registration begins March 31 at 9:00 am and ends April 14 at 4:30 pm. Call 427-6467 to register by phone or stop by the Community Center at 233 W. Main St., Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-4:30 pm. Please have your team name and birthdates and shirt sizes for each team member when you register. Fee: $80/team. Max. 40 teams. No refunds. Registrations accepted after April 14 (if space is available) will be assessed a $20 late fee.
