The Energy Assistance Program (EAP) helps pay a portion of winter heating bills. Brightpoint helps families in Allen, Dekalb, LaGrange, Noble, Steuben, and Whitley Counties. Although the offices are closed due to COVID-19 concerns, they are providing assistance through our phones, email, and website. They are still accepting EAP applications for the 2019-2020 program year. In addition, if you have recently lost your job, or been laid-off and have no funds to pay your heating and/or electric bill, please apply now.
