Neighborlink's volunteer efforts have shifted to projects that are deemed appropriate in times of physical distancing, but otherwise they will continue as normal. Volunteers are still encouraged to visit the website here, sign up, find projects that are emergent or necessary, and proceed as directed.

The YMCA is offering meals for families to be picked up at the Renaissance Pointe YMCA. Food donations can be dropped off or delivered between 9 am and 2 pm to the front door of the following locations: Central Branch YMCA, Jackson R. Lehman Family YMCA, Jorgensen Family YMCA, Parkview Family YMCA, Renaissance Pointe YMCA. Donations of the following are needed:
- Loaves of Bread
- Peanut Butter/Almond Butter, Jelly
- Pre-packaged Meat Slices
- Individual Servings of Snacks: Goldfish, Pretzels, Popcorn, Chips, Rice Krispie Treats, Fruit Cups, Pudding Cups, Animal Crackers, Graham Crackers
- Granola or Fruit Bars
- Plastic Spoons, Forks, Knives

COMMUNITY HARVEST FOOD BANK
The Community Harvest Food Bank is asking anyone who is healthy and able to step up in this time of need to assist in feeding vulnerable community members. The agency has made changes to their programs in an effort to improve safety and avoid excessive personal contact. JUST NEIGHBORS INTERFAITH HOMELESS NETWORK
Just Neighbors os accepting donations of new blankets, pillows and sheets for twin beds. They are also accepting sanitation items such as rubbin alcohol, thermometers, masks and gloves. Donations may be dropped off at the Just Neighbors office, 2925 E. State Blvd.
THE RESCUE MISSION
The Rescue Mission is accepting general donations of bottled water, new towels and washcloths. Call 260-426-7357 to speak with staff.
MENTAL HEALTH OF AMERICA/CEDARS HOPE HOUSING
The Cedars Hope housing program for women with mental illness is accepting donations of canned and boxed food, disinfectant wipes, cleaning supplies and hygiene items such as soap, hand sanitizer and lotion. Call 260-420-3507 to coordinate a drop-off.
INDIANA LEGAL SERVICES
The legal needs for eviction services, unemployment assistance and civil domestic violence issues are expected to increase due to the pandemic. Any attorney or other legal professional willing to volunteer should call 260-424-9155 and leave a message.

To help support first responders, healthcare workers, essential service workers and the valuable work they’re doing to combat COVID-19 and keep our community running, ECA has decided to continue operating its Learning Centers as long as we possibly can. However, to keep children, their families, and our staff healthy and safe we’re having to clean and sanitize more frequently. ECA is in urgent need of the following: Bleach, Color Safe Bleach,Clorox or other disinfecting wipes,Disposable gloves, Pump hand soap (please, no anti-bacterial hand soap),ThermometersAlcohol pads/wipes.
