We anticipate that construction of the main tunnel will take approximately 54 months, but the entire system could take up to eight (8) years to construct. For the entire system to operate, construction must also be completed for the drop shafts, consolidation sewers and the relief sewer at the south end of the tunnel to bring the combined flows to the main tunnel.
