Located on the first floor of the Citizens Square Building in Room 130 at 200 E. Berry Street in downtown Fort Wayne. The Center is fully accessible for persons with disabilities.

Hours: the Center is open for walk-in and call-in customers Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM until 5:30 PM.
The wait time to reach a Customer Relations Representative may be shorter during off-peak times. For quicker service, please call between 7:30 and 8:00 a.m. or after 5:00 p.m. Also, Mondays, especially Mondays after long holiday weekends, are extremely busy.
City Utilties bills are available in large print or Braille for persons with a visual impairment. Ask for these or other accommodations at the Customer Relations Center.

Utility Rules and Regulations
All three of Fort Wayne's Utilities - Water, Sewer and Stormwater - are governed by a set of General Utility Rules and Regulations that have been adopted by the Board of Public Works or Stormwater Management Board. Each Utility may also be affected by resolutions or policies adopted by its governing board.
