City Utilities to Change Hours Beginning January 3

Fort Wayne City Utilities will change its customer service phone line and walk-in hours on January 3. The new hours for phone lines and walk-ins will be 7:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. Monday-Friday.

Current hours for walk-ins are 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday, Wednesday and Thursday; 8 a.m.-6 p.m. Tuesday and 7 a.m.-5 p.m. Friday. Current hours for phone lines are 7 a.m.-6 p.m. Monday-Friday.
