Customer Support

 

Customer Support is located on the first floor of Citizens Square in Suite 130 at 200 East Berry in downtown Fort Wayne.

The office is fully accessible for persons with disabilities. English, Spanish-speaking and Serbo-Croation/Bosnian speaking customer service representatives are available.

City Utilities bills are also available in Braille or in large print by calling Customer Support at 260-427-1234.

Services offered by Customer Support include:

· New water and sewer service

· Termination of utility service

· Bill payment

· Payment agreements/arrangements

· Utility account information

Customer Support walk-in hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. 

Customer Support  call-in hours at 260- 427-1234 are: Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m.

The wait time to reach Customer Support may be shorter during off-peak times. For quicker service, please call between 7:30 and 8:00 A.M. or after 5:00 P.M. Also, Mondays, especially Mondays after long holiday weekends are extremely busy.

New Service

In order to begin new water service with Fort Wayne City Utilities, please call Customer Support at 260-427-1234 to get the service set up, or sign up online. Appointments to turn on the water are completed on the following business day.
