City crews continue to work to combat flash flooding that occurred in the City overnight. Several inches of rain fell in a short period of time in numerous areas throughout the City.
Major street closures include Lake Avenue east of Reed Road to Maplecrest Road; and Clinton Street at E. State Blvd.
