The City of Fort Wayne will host the 2005 Global Trade Expo from 8 a.m.-4 p.m. Wednesday, November 2 at the Grand Wayne Center, 120 W. Jefferson Blvd.

 

Mayor Graham Richard will give welcome remarks at lunch and present the 2004 Indiana Exporter of the Year Award. The Mayor'€™s comments will begin around noon. The luncheon keynote speaker will be Todd Buchholz, former White House director of economic policy and author of several books.

The conference will also feature sessions on foreign trade agreements, shipping to different countries and how to use the Internet to export.

The Global Trade Expo is presented by the City of Fort Wayne, the Indianapolis U.S. Export Assistance Center and the Indiana District Export Council.
