Mayor to Participate in Government Forum in Indianapolis
Mayor Richard will be part of a panel discussion on ÂThe Move Toward Local Government Consolidation. The panel will also include Allen County Commissioner Nelson Peters, Indianapolis Mayor Bart Peterson, Vanderburgh County Commissioner Cheryl Musgrave, and David Bottorff, director of the Indiana Counties Association.
Forum speakers include Governor Mitch Daniels and Indiana Supreme Court Chief Justice Randall Shepard.
