February 15, 2021 - Three Rivers Horse Trails will hold an open public meeting on Wednesday, February 24, 2021 at 6:30pm to discuss the upcoming construction of an equestrian trailhead and horse trails on Allen County owned property located on the corner of Adams Center and Paulding Roads. Some construction may take place within a floodplain.
