The City of Fort Wayne has a team of dedicated Neighborhood Planners and Activators in the Community Development Division. Neighborhood Planners act as liaisons between the City and the community, and participate in and often coordinate community plans. This group of planners acts as go-to people for explanations of neighborhood-related matters.

Dan Baisden    Dan Baisden,  M.P.S. Community & Economic Development, is a Neighborhood Planner and the Community Development Administrator of the Neighborhood Planning and Activation Workgroup for the City of Fort Wayne. In his role, he facilitates neighborhood plans and projects across the City and specializes in non-profit leadership, community engagement, and communication strategies.

Réna Bradley, Assoc AIA, LEED AP, HDFP, is a Neighborhood Planner and Activator for the City of Fort Wayne. In her role, she facilitates projects related to neighborhood planning and project implementation and specializes in community engagement, placemaking, and urban design.
